EasyTo Travel Agent Portal — User Guide

What You Can Do in the Portal

The EasyTo Travel agent portal allows you to:

  • Search for airport lounges by city, airport name, or IATA code and place orders
  • Manage Orders — view order history, download vouchers, request refunds, and track transactions
  • Review Contracts — check balances and configure contract-level settings
  • Administer Users — create and manage team members with role-based access
  • Integrate via API — access and manage API keys for programmatic access
  • Configure FTP Servers — set up sFTP servers for automated XML event uploads
  • Set Up Email Settings — configure SMTP and email templates for voucher delivery
  • Manage Widgets — embed and customise a white-label B2C booking widget
  • Access Documentation — browse user guides, API docs, Swagger, and Postman collections
  • Manage Your Profile — update your name, surname, and password
