What You Can Do in the Portal
The EasyTo Travel agent portal allows you to:
- Search for airport lounges by city, airport name, or IATA code and place orders
- Manage Orders — view order history, download vouchers, request refunds, and track transactions
- Review Contracts — check balances and configure contract-level settings
- Administer Users — create and manage team members with role-based access
- Integrate via API — access and manage API keys for programmatic access
- Configure FTP Servers — set up sFTP servers for automated XML event uploads
- Set Up Email Settings — configure SMTP and email templates for voucher delivery
- Manage Widgets — embed and customise a white-label B2C booking widget
- Access Documentation — browse user guides, API docs, Swagger, and Postman collections
- Manage Your Profile — update your name, surname, and password
