Signing in
Log in
- Go to the portal sign-in page:
https://agent.easyto.travel/login - Enter your email address and password.
- Click Sign in.
If you do not have an account yet, ask an Admin on your team to create one for you — see Users.
Reset your password
- On the sign-in page, click Forgot password.
- Enter the email address of your account.
- Click Send reset link.
A reset link is sent to that address. Follow it to choose a new password.
Passwords must be at least 8 characters and contain at least one uppercase letter, one number and one special character.
If you are already signed in and simply want to change your password, use Settings — Security instead.
Environments
The portal runs in two independent environments:

| Sandbox | Trying things out, integration work | Test contracts and test balances. Nothing is charged. |
| Production | Live selling | Real bookings, real money. |
The environment you are in is shown in two places: under the easy to travel logo at the top of the sidebar, and in the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar under Environment.
If your account has access to more than one environment, click the environment name in that menu to switch. The portal reloads with that environment's data.
Log out
Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then click Log out.
