Users

This section provides information about registered users. For each user, the following data is displayed: Users

  • No: Sequential user number.
  • E-mail: User's email address.
  • Status: User's activity status (e.g., Active).
  • Name: User's first name.
  • Surname: User's last name.
  • Role: User's role in the system (e.g., Admin or Agent).

Add Button

Click on the Add button to add a new user/employee.

Download Excel Button

To download the users table in Excel format, click the Download Excel button.

Column filtering is available in all tables, and this filtering will affect the data exported to Excel.

Create/Edit Users

Create user

  • User ID: A unique identifier for the agent employee. This field is read-only and cannot be edited.
  • E-mail: The user's email address. Enter or modify the email address in the field.
  • Password: The password for the user's account. Enter a new password in the field or leave it blank to keep the current password unchanged.
  • Name: The user's first name. Enter or modify the user's first name in the field.
  • Surname: User's last name. Enter or modify the user's last name in the field.
  • Status: The user's activity status (e.g., Active). Select the status from the dropdown menu.
  • Client type: The type of client (e.g., Agent). This field is read-only and cannot be edited.
  • Role: The user's role in the system (e.g., Agent). This field is read-only and cannot be edited.

Save Changes

After verifying the changes applied, click the Save button to save your changes.

User Roles

User roles in the system determine the level of access and permissions for various users. The main differences lie in the available functions for each role:

Agent

  • Search for products in the system (Lounges, Delay Care, Fast Track, Meet & Assist).
  • View, create, and cancel bookings.
  • View orders.
  • View and edit profile.

Accountant

  • View orders and order items.
  • View transactions.
  • View contracts.
  • View and edit profile.

Admin

  • All capabilities of an Agent and an Accountant.
  • Create, edit, and delete users.
  • View the API keys section.
  • Create, edit, and delete FTP servers.
  • Setup mailbox, widgets, products, and webhooks.
  • Access valuable user and developer documentations.
