Contracts

This section provides information about contracts. Contracts table For each contract, the following data is displayed:

  • No: Sequential contract number.
  • Credit Balance: Credit balance of the contract.
  • Balance: Current balance of the contract.
  • Total Balance: Total balance of the contract.
  • Currency: Currency of the balance.
  • Contract ID: Unique identifier for the contract.
  • Pax ID: Indicator on level of each contract whether passenger ID should be displayed during the order booking process.
  • Price in PDF: Indicator on level of each contract whether prices for lounges should be displayed on the PDF brochures (lounge details).

Download Excel Button​

To download the contracts table in Excel format, click the Download Excel button.

Column filtering is available in all tables, and this filtering will affect the data exported to Excel.

Edit / View Contract Details​

If you need to edit or view contract details simply click on the desired contract on the Contracts table. Contract edit

Under the contract details you are able to set up the price visibility on lounge details downloadable brochure, as well as the passenger ID field to be displayed during the order creation process under this contract ID.

Save Changes​

After verifying the changes applied, click the Save button to save your changes.
