Widget Settings

The Widget Settings section provides configuration options for managing widgets used by agents. Available options allow you to add and customise widgets, set available languages and currencies, adjust visual elements, and configure redirect parameters. Widget In order to view or edit details of an existing widget simply click on a desired row in the table. Once clicked, the widget details will be displayed in three different tabs: Widget Settings, Available Languages, Available Currencies.

General Widget Settings​

Widget Settings

The Widget Settings tab allows you to configure the primary parameters of the widget.

  • Widget Status — displays the current status of the widget (e.g., Active). The widget status can be toggled to activate or deactivate the widget.
  • Contract ID — a required field linking the widget to a specific agent contract. Select the appropriate contract from the available list.
  • Widget ID — a unique identifier for the widget, automatically generated for each new widget.
  • Theme Color — select the widget's theme color from the available options. The chosen color affects the widget's visual style.
  • Redirect URL — field for entering the URL where users will be redirected.
  • Logo — upload a logo for the widget. The logo will be displayed within the widget to support branding.
  • Widget Embed HTML Code — HTML code for embedding the widget on external websites. The code can be copied by clicking the Copy button.

Available Languages​

The Available Languages tab allows setting the languages in which the widget will be available, as well as selecting a default language.

Widget language

  • Language — list of available languages for the locale of the widget interface.
  • Default Language — allows selecting the default language. Only one language can be set as a default at a time.

The default language can be changed at any time if needed. Also the default language cannot be deleted.

Available Currencies​

The Available Currencies tab allows setting the currencies used in the widget and selecting the primary and fallback currencies. Widget currencies

  • Currency — list of available currencies for displaying prices in the widget. New currencies can be added via the "+" button.
  • Default Currency — allows setting the primary currency for the widget, which will be used by default.
  • Fallback Currency — the fallback currency, which will be used if the default currency is unavailable.

The same currency can be set as both the default and fallback if needed. The currency(ies) defined as the default and fallback cannot be deleted.

Action Buttons​

  • Save — saves all changes made for the selected widget.
  • Preview — allows previewing the widget.
