Enter the name of the city, airport or IATA code to conduct a new search for a different destination.

Switch between available service categories such as Lounge access or Delay Care, Fast Track, Meet & Assist offers.

3. Filter out by Terminal, Terminal Type and Gate Type

Click on the corresponding filters for terminal and flight type to refine your search results.

Terminal:

  • All: Lists all available lounges regardless of the terminals.
  • Terminal Title: Each airport has its own terminal titles. Displays lounges by selected terminal titles.

Terminal Type:

  • All: Lists all lounges regardless of the types of the terminals.
  • Departure: Displays lounges located only at the departure zone.
  • Arrival: Displays lounges located only at the arrival zone.
  • Transit: Displays lounges located only at the transit zone.

Gate Type:

  • All: Lists all available lounges regardless of the types of the gates.
  • Domestic: Displays lounges related to domestic gate type.
  • International: Displays lounges related to International gate type.

4. Product Card

Information about the lounge.

a) Title and Location

  • Title of the lounge.
  • IATA code and name of the airport.
  • Terminal.
  • Type of terminal (departure/arrival/transit).
  • Type of gate (domestic/international).

b) Working Hours

  • Status (open/closed).
  • Nearest opening/closing time (e.g., Closes at 21:00).
  • Working hours of the lounge in local time zone of the airport.

In some cases, alongside the operational status, additional information about temporary closures (unavailable periods) of the lounge might be displayed. For instance, "Will be closed from 30 October to 31 October for renovation".

c) Features

A list of available services is represented by icons, upon hovering which the service names will be displayed as tooltips. Some services might require an extra charge and are marked with special icons that include a dollar sign ($).

d) Price

Prices for adults and children for a specified duration. Information about free access for children under a certain age.

e) Add to Cart

Clicking the Add to cart button allows you to add the selected services to your shopping cart. The maximum number of visitors per order is 10. You cannot add more than 10 people to the cart.

The page provides information about an airport lounge, including pricing for adults and children, operating hours, a description of services, and available amenities (such as Wi-Fi, smoking area, and flight monitoring). Users can select the duration of their visit, the number of guests, and add the booking to their cart.

1. Select the Number of Visitors

Use the "+" and "−" buttons to select the number of adults (ages 12+) and children (ages 2-11). The maximum number of visitors per order is 10 people.

2. Select Duration of Stay

Open the dropdown menu to select the duration of stay.

3. Add to Cart

After selecting the number of visitors and the duration of stay, click the Add to Cart button (indicated as "3" on the image) to add the selected lounge to your cart.

4. View the Cart

After adding items to the cart, you can continue shopping at other airports or proceed to checkout by clicking Checkout to move to the next step of the purchase process.

Delay Care

This page allows users to search for Delay Care service based on flight details. If the selected flight is delayed, users will receive instant free lounge access at the departure airport.

1. Search

Enter the airport name, city, or IATA code (e.g., DXB for Dubai) to start a new search.

2. Service Selection

Switch between Lounges and Delay Care service tabs depending on your needs.

3. Flight Details

Enter your Flight Number (e.g., FZ1303 or FZ 1303) and Departure Date.

4. Your Cart

a. Contract ID

A unique identifier for the transaction, displayed at the top of the cart.

b. Product Details

Displays the Delay Care product with the following information:

  • Flight Number – (FZ1303)
  • Date of Departure – (16.04.2025)
  • Airport & Terminal – (DXB (Dubai), Terminal 3)
  • Quantity Selector – Adjust number of passengers (Adult only)
  • Price per Passenger – (USD 11.00)

c. Remove option

Click the trash icon to remove this item from the cart.

d. Total Price

Displays the full total of the cart. (USD 11.00)

e. Checkout Button

Click Checkout to proceed with the booking and finalize the order.

Search by Route

Click Don’t know? Select from list button to perform a search by route, indicating an arrival airport and departure date. After that you will be able to manually choose the flight from the list. Cart Delay Care

Flight Search Error Messages

1. No Flight Information

When it happens: The system cannot find the flight using the provided flight number and date. No flight

What to do: Double-check the flight number and date or try selecting from the list.

2. Flight Not Supported

When it happens: Delay Care service is not available for this flight Not supported

What to do: Select a different flight.

3. Incorrect Airport

When it happens: The chosen departure airport doesn’t match the actual airport of the flight. Incorrect Airport

Flight Found – Add Delay Care

Flight found

This screen appears after the user enters a valid flight number and departure date, and clicks Search. It is shown only if the Delay Care service is available for the selected flight.

1. Flight Details

Shows details of the selected flight in a ticket-style layout:
Departure & Arrival Airports – Includes IATA codes ( DXB → NQZ), cities (Dubai → Astana), and local times.
Flight Number & Airline – ( FZ1303 operated by Flydubai.)
Duration – Total estimated flight time.

2. Passenger Selection

Choose the number of passengers for Delay Care:
Adult (12+) – Increase or decrease number of adult passengers.
Child (2–11) – Option to include child passengers.

Note: Children under 2 years old are admitted free with an adult.

3. Cancellation Policy Info

Highlights the rules for cancellation:
• No cancellation is permitted for both adult and child Delay Care services.

4. Pricing Summary

Displays unit prices (e.g., USD 11.00 per person) and the total amount for selected passengers. Click Add to cart to proceed with this flight’s Delay Care option.

Manual Terminal Selection

This block appears when the system is unable to automatically detect the exact departure terminal for the selected flight.

When the terminal is selected manually during Delay Care booking, a confirmation message appears in the cart under the selected flight. The massage appears in a highlighted style to make the manual selection clear before proceeding with checkout. Selected Manually

This label indicates that the terminal is chosen manually by the user instead of being detected automatically.

This page allows you to review and finalize your booking for Lounges and Delay Care services. It consists of three main sections:

1. Lounge in Cart

In this section, you can review and configure your selected lounge booking.
Visit Date – Choose the date of your lounge visit in the format dd.mm.yyyy.
Visitor Details – Enter the first name, last name, and optional passenger ID for each adult and child.
Number of Visitors – Use the “+” and “–” buttons to select the number of adults and children.
Visit Duration – Set the desired lounge stay duration (e.g., 3 hours).
Total Price – Shows the total cost for the lounge service.
Remove – Use the trash icon (🗑️) to remove this lounge from the cart.

2. Delay Care Service in Cart

This section allows you to manage your Delay Care flight protection.
Flight Details – Displays the selected flight number, route (e.g., DXB → NQZ), airline, terminal, and travel time.
Travel Date & Time – Shows flight departure and arrival dates and times in local time zones.
Email – Enter the email where a lounge voucher will be sent in case of a flight delay.
Passenger Info – Fill in the passenger’s first name, last name, and optional ID.
Number of Passengers – Select the number of adults and children covered.
Remove – Use the trash icon (🗑️) to remove Delay Care from your cart.
Price Breakdown – View the cost per passenger and total for this service.

3. Summary Panel

This panel shows a complete overview of your booking.
Contract ID – Unique booking identifier.
Service Summary – Shows each added service (Lounge and Delay Care) with prices.
Total Amount – Displays the combined total for all services in your cart.
Download Lounge Details – Click Lounge details to download a PDF summary.
Reserve Order – Click the blue button to finalize and reserve your booking.

Payment Confirmation

1. Payment Confirmation

After clicking the Reserve Order button, a pop-up window will appear with the payment confirmation. This window will display the total amount to be deducted from your account. A prompt will ask for your confirmation to withdraw money from your account with the message, “Do you agree to withdraw money from your account?

  • Confirm: Click the Confirm button to confirm the payment and complete the purchase. This action will deduct the specified amount from your contract account and finalize the booking process.
  • Cancel: Click the Cancel button to cancel the payment confirmation process and return to the previous step. Your order will not be completed, and no money will be withdrawn.

2. Complete the Purchase

After clicking the Confirm button and successfully completing the payment, a pop-up window will appear on the screen with a Success message. The message will inform you that your payment has been processed successfully (“Your payment has been processed successfully”). Confirmation

4. Product Card

Information about the Fast Track product.

Filter

a) Title and Location

  • Title of the Fast Track product.
  • IATA code and name of the airport.
  • Terminal.
  • Type of terminal (departure/arrival/transit).
  • ype of gate (domestic/international).

b) Working hours

  • Status (open/closed).
  • Nearest opening/closing time (e.g., Closes at 23:59)
  • Working hours of the lounge in local time zone of the airport. In some cases, alongside the operational status, additional information about temporary closures (unavailable periods) of the lounge might be displayed. For instance, “Will be closed from 29 August to 31 August for Maintenance”.

с) Pre-order time

Pre-order time means the service must be booked in advance within the specified cutoff period to guarantee availability. It ensures the airport or service provider has sufficient time to prepare and confirm the service.

d) Service details

A list of available services that are available for the selected Fast Track product.

e) Price

Prices are displayed separately for two types of passengers – adults and children. There can also be found information on free access for children under a certain age.

f) Cancellation Policy Notes

Information about the cancellation policy for reservations for different categories of visitors. A majority of Fast Track products are non-refundable.

g) Add to cart

Clicking the Add to cart button allows you to add the selected services to your shopping cart. The maximum number of visitors per order is 10. You cannot add more than 10 people to the cart.

Search for flight

When booking Fast Track products where flight details are required, you will be redirected to the Search for Flight screen. This step ensures that the service is linked to the correct flight.
You can find and select the flight in two ways: Search by Flight Number or Search by Route (if the flight number is unknown)

1. Search by Flight Number

• Enter the departure date (e.g., 7 September, 2025).
• Type the flight number (e.g., FZ1303).
• Click on the search button.
• The system will display a ticket with the flight details with the number of passengers and the related pricing. Ticket

2. Search by Route

Click “Don’t know? Select from list” button to perform a search by route, indicating an arrival airport and departure date.

3. Flight Search Error Messages

a) No Flight Information

When it happens: The system cannot find the flight using the provided flight number and date. no flight

What to do: Double-check the flight number and date or try selecting the flight from the list.

b) Incorrect Airport

When it happens: The flight departs from / arrive to the airport that differs from the selected airport. incorrect airport

c) Adult required

When it happens: User tries to select only child passenger(s). adult required

What to do: Fast Track order should always have at least one adult pax.
