Profile
The Profile page allows users to manage their personal information, access credentials, and notification preferences. This section provides an overview of the user’s account data and tools to customize email-based product notifications.
The page is divided into three main blocks:
- Credentials.
- Personal Data.
- Notification Settings.
Credentials
This section displays the user’s system credentials and account status. Some fields are read-only and cannot be modified by the user.

To change your password, click on Change password on the profile page.

- Enter your current password in the Current password field.
- Enter your new password in the New password field, ensuring it meets the requirements (minimum 8 characters, 1 uppercase letter, 1 number, 1 special character).
- Confirm the new password by re-entering it in the Confirm password field.
- Click the Save button to save the new password.
- If you change your mind, click Cancel to discard the changes and close the window.
Personal Data
This section contains personal profile details such as the user’s first and last name.
Name - User’s first name.
Surname - User’s last name.

Edit User's Name and Surname.
- Click on Edit in the Personal Data section.
- A pop-up window titled Edit name and surname will appear.

Notification Settings

The Notification Settings section allows users to receive email alerts about product updates within selected contracts.
Notifications are sent automatically when specific product-related events occur.
Enable / Disable Notifications.
The toggle Receive notifications enables or disables all email notifications for this user.
Enabled — user can configure notification rules.
Disabled — all fields below become inactive and notifications are not sent.
Fields.
a) Contract ID.
Select the contract for which you want to receive notifications. Notifications will only be delivered for the selected contract. The dropdown displays all contracts available to the current user.
b) Notification event types.
Choose the event types that will trigger email notifications:
• **Product Changed **— the product details were updated.
• Product Added — a new product has been added under this contract.
• Product Removed — a product has been removed or made unavailable
Multiple event types can be selected.
c) Email address
Enter the email address that should receive notifications.
Save.
Click Save to update the notification preferences.
