Delay Care

Delay Care is insurance against a delayed flight. If the covered flight is delayed, the passenger is granted free access to a lounge at the departure airport automatically — no claim, no paperwork.

Because it is tied to a flight rather than a terminal, Delay Care is booked differently from the other airport services.

Book Delay Care

1. Search the departure airport and open the Delay Care tab.
2. Confirm the airport shown on the card is the flight's departure airport — it is labelled as such.
3. Enter the Departure date.
4. Enter the Flight number — for example FZ1303 or FZ 1303; both spacings are accepted.
5. The system looks up the flight.

If you do not know the flight number, click Don't know? Select from list to search by route instead: pick the arrival airport and departure date, then choose the flight from the resulting list.

When the flight is found

The flight is shown as a ticket-style summary.

Duration	Estimated flight time.
Passenger selection	− / + counters per passenger type.
Refund policy	Delay Care is not cancellable.
Pricing	Unit price and total.

Set the number of passengers and click Add to cart.

If the terminal cannot be detected

When the system cannot determine the departure terminal automatically, a Select terminal dropdown appears. Choose the terminal manually. The cart then shows a highlighted note under that flight recording that the terminal was chosen by hand rather than detected — check it before you continue.

Flight lookup errors

Message	When it happens	What to do
No flight information	The flight number and date combination cannot be found.	Re-check the flight number and the date, or use Don't know? Select from list.
Flight not supported	Delay Care is not offered for this flight.	Offer a different flight, or a lounge instead.
Incorrect airport	The flight does not depart from the airport you searched.	Search the flight's actual departure airport.

At checkout

Delay Care items ask for one extra field at checkout: the email address the lounge voucher will be sent to if the flight is delayed. Enter an address the passenger will actually read while travelling.

Delay Care cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order is placed — for either adult or child passengers. Confirm the flight and passenger details before reserving.
