Meet & Assist

Meet & Assist is sold from the same search results page as lounges, on its own tab. It uses the standard product card, with two additions: a Service details grid and, for many products, a Pre-order window.

Meet & Assist is a personal meet-and-greet service: an agent meets the passenger and escorts them through the airport.

Service details​

The card works exactly like Fast Track. The Service details grid is longer, because the packages are richer. Typical entries:

  • Name board
  • Common transfer from the aircraft / Personal transfer from the aircraft
  • Porter service (sometimes limited, e.g. up to 3 bags per passenger)
  • Buggy
  • Check-in escorting / on-side / priority
  • Transfer desk check-in escorting / on-side / priority
  • Passport control escorting / on-side / priority
  • Aviation security escorting / on-side / priority
  • Business Lounge (with duration variants, e.g. up to 3 hrs, up to 4 hrs)
  • Premium Waiting Area, Private Sleep Cabin

Meet & Assist products are often marked with Sales restrictions and a pre-order window. Both are shown on the card — check them before selling.
