Fast Track

Fast Track is sold from the same search results page as lounges, on its own tab. It uses the standard product card, with two additions: a Service details grid and, for many products, a Pre-order window.

Fast Track is an expedited lane through airport formalities — security, passport control, check-in.

Service details

Each Fast Track card lists exactly which formalities are covered, as an icon grid. Typical entries:

  • Business Lounge
  • Passport Control — Manual Access / Automatic Gate
  • Check-in Priority
  • Entrance Security — Manual Access / Automatic Gate
  • Aviation Security — Manual Access / Automatic Gate

Two products at the same airport can look identical until you read this grid. Check it matches what the passenger needs before selling.

Pre-order window

Fast Track products usually need lead time. The card shows Available for booking from <date> at <time> — the service must be booked before that cutoff so the airport can staff it. You cannot book a Fast Track product later than its pre-order window allows.

Age bands

Fast Track age bands differ from lounges. Read the band printed on each card — for example Adult (14+) and Child (2–13), where a lounge at the same airport may use 12+ and 2–11.

Flight details

Some Fast Track products require a flight. When they do, you are asked for the flight after adding to cart, using the same lookup as Delay Care — by flight number, or by route via Don't know? Select from list.

Possible errors:

MessageWhen it happensWhat to do
No flight informationThe flight number and date cannot be found.Re-check both, or select from the list.
Incorrect airportThe flight does not touch the airport you searched.Search the correct airport.
Adult requiredOnly child passengers were selected.A Fast Track order must include at least one adult.

Refunds

Most Fast Track products are non-refundable. The refund policy block on the card is authoritative — read it before selling.
